A lady on one of those "makeover" shows said something like, "These clothes are so nice that maybe I need to change my life to suit the clothes". I think we all do something like this, buying for the life we wish we had. "Aspirational" might be the word for this activity. So the coat is made of thick cashmere, with a subtle (dark) chocolate brown and black stripe pattern. And there is gold-and-maroon floral embroidery all over. It has a shawl collar and the edges are trimmed with short feathers that look like fur. I went and looked at it again today and I looooooove it! Gladly, Superqueen!
