Then I realized that our disposable culture works in my favor--the exact moment something I have is worn out, or I get sick of it, there's something new to replace it! The revolving door of fabulousness! Maybe if you take your fabulous new bag out of the house, you'll get all the use you can stand out of it before the next big thing catches your eye. When I bought my Balenciaga and my Paddington, I was terrified to go outside with one of them, but then I realized that these bags had been bought to be used, not to lie in my closet. But it really is too beautiful a bag to hide! I hope it's not long before you have your chance to enjoy yours outdoors.
