At some point, the size is just excess. But my bags have been getting bigger. And the tax is the worst when it's a $358 bag, with over $15 of tax!!! $375. But the bag is mine. And it's beautiful. And I love it. And I can't wait to use it. (And it screams too expensive to let many people know I own it. :-() But I'm going to bring it to school on the last day and everyone will want to be me. I've tried switching to a teeny (for me) Coach bag, when I realized my bulging average-size bag made me look as if I had a hernia. I may have to give it up; if I don't fold my dollar bills carefully, it makes the bag start to bulge. (Probably, so do the 3 lipsticks, the gloss, the pen, the inhaler, the cardkey, the reversible screwdriver, the Spyderco, the tapemeasure...) Of course, I make up for it by carrying the obligatory tote, which, at last count, had forty-eleven bricks in it, apparently. Once, someone hefted my bag, and said, "What do you have in here? An anvil???" And I said Yes. Because, that day, I did. Plus, you’ll be able to carry either your health insurance card or a wad of cash for your chiropractor!
